7. Are the show tickets seats next to each other?

No. We do not own or operate the box office. All tickets sold on this web site are the same tickets they sell for full price. No seat has a partial obstructed view. These are all excellent seats. You will probably be sitting next to a person that paid full price. We sell tickets by section ( General Admission, VIP, etc.) and we guarantee you will be located within that area corresponding to the ticket you purchase.
12. Can I cancel a ticket
purchase once I have bought tickets

No. HalfPriceShows.com refund policy is only if the show is canceled by the show owner. Upon you buying a ticket, we are obligated to pay the show owner for the ticket. That is why we do not have the liberty to refund.
13. I want to buy tickets for a gift, can I do that on your
web site?
Yes. All tickets on this web site can be purchased and given to another person to attend. On the secure checkout web page where you supply your credit card information there is a text box you can insert a name if you wish to buy tickets for another person. The gift person must take the confirmation code and their photo ID to the box office to claim their gift tickets just as if they had paid for the tickets. The confirmation code can be hand written or a printed copy of the email confirmation, either is acceptable as long as they have the code and photo ID.
14. I do not have a drivers license, but I have a passport, will that be ok to pick up tickets?
Yes. Any photo ID issued by a country, state, city or governmental body will work to pickup your tickets at the box office. If you do not have a photo ID, we suggest you purchase the tickets as a gift to someone else in your group that has a photo ID and they can claim the tickets at the box office. No photo ID, no tickets, no refund.
15. Do you offer children's half
price tickets to any shows?
No, not usually. The show owners supply us with adult tickets, but they can be used for children. The price of our adult 50% off ticket is almost always cheaper in price than if you buy a full price children ticket. Each show has a minimum age posted for children to attend that show.
In some cases the shows do offer
children tickets, that would be
displayed as ticket options.
